Before You Agree and put a checkmark at the " I agree to the Terms and Conditions" as such your actions are a symbol of your signature and your consent to all the written terms and conditions. So please read all the terms and conditions carefully before agreeing.

Acceptance of Terms

1. The applicant must be a citizen of India as per the Indian Citizenship Act and must have completed 18 years of age. He/She must be competent to enter into an agreement with any individual, firm, company, etc. He/She understands that the company reserves the right to accept or decline his/her application without assigning any reason.

2. There is no fee for joining the company; anyone can join. The applicant hereby wishes to purchase the product(s) offered by the company, and the amount paid is towards the purchase of the product(s). He/She is fully aware that the amount paid by him/her is neither refundable nor transferable. He/She clearly understands that the payment made is only for purchasing the products and not as a deposit or investment. He/She is aware that doing business is completely optional.

3. The organization will confirm the User ID of the applicant only after receipt of full payment, and he/she will then be considered an independent reseller. All resellers are advised to introduce/sponsor new resellers in their downline only after their User ID is confirmed.

4. The applicant has the right to promote the plan/business opportunities regarding any product that may be offered by the company under the commission system, as per the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures that may be framed by the company for such promotion from time to time. He/She is fully aware that his/her income will be based only on the commission as per the business plan of the company.

5. The applicant is aware that he/she is an independent reseller of the company and not an employee, agent, or legal representative of the company. He/She is not entitled to any benefits or remedies that may be available to employees, agents, or representatives of the company. He/She will not claim any profit from the company for the business given by him/her to the company.

6. After online registration, the User ID will be registered automatically. Resellers must complete KYC to receive any commission. All commissions will be transferred to their bank account after deducting the respective taxes as per Government of India guidelines. A nominal fee will be charged for any correction in KYC.

7. The company reserves the exclusive right to modify, enhance, or amend the business plan, commission system, pricing, rules, regulations, policies, terms and conditions, and the procedures framed by the company for such promotion from time to time, without prior notice to the resellers. All resellers must regularly check for updates from the company.

8. The applicant is fully aware that only the company's official brochures and literature may be used while representing the "www.ajmaya.com" marketing plan.

9. The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the distributorship of the applicant if he/she is found involved in any anti-company activities. The company is not responsible for any extra assurances given by the sponsors other than those mentioned in the business plan.

10. In the event of the death of a reseller, the rights and responsibilities will pass on to the surviving legal heirs, legal representatives, or assignees as per the law. The legal heirs will be bound by the same terms and conditions as agreed to by the independent reseller.

11. No reseller is authorized to collect cash payments on behalf of the company. Any new reseller giving cash to their sponsor does so at their own risk. The company will not be responsible for any misappropriation of such cash.

12. The company is not responsible for any loss, damage, loss of data, errors, delays, or connectivity issues due to the non-functioning or breakdown of the server/website or for any other technical problems.

13. The applicant hereby declares that he/she has fully understood the business plan, terms and conditions, rules, regulations, procedures, and products thoroughly. He/She shall be solely responsible for any violation of the above and for the consequences of any losses or damages caused by his/her acts.

14. Taxes and delivery charges are extra as applicable under the Government of India rules.

15. All rights are reserved by the company.

16. For all correspondence, the User ID is mandatory.

17. TDS is applicable as per government rules and will be deducted on every commission paid.

18. In case of any fault, damage, or other technical problems in the products, the consumer/applicant must contact the concerned manufacturer of the products.

19. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Khanna, district Ludhiana, Punjab (India) only.
